My Journey
I was born and raised in Lagos, Nigeria, where my interest in learning and personal development first began. After completing high school, I earned my Nigeria Certificate in Education (NCE) from the Federal College of Education, Akoka. I later obtained a bachelor’s degree in Business Education (Accounting) from Tai Solarin University of Education, building a strong academic foundation in accounting and business. My commitment to continuous learning led me to Poland, where I completed a master’s degree in Agri-Food Economics and Trade at Poznań University of Life Sciences. I also earned a Postgraduate Diploma in Managing Finance and Accounting in an International Environment from Akademia WSB, further expanding my international business and finance expertise. One of the proudest milestones in my career was completing the ACCA qualification and becoming a chartered accountant. This achievement reflects years of dedication, discipline, and a commitment to professional excellence.
My Professional Experience
Although I have worked as a full-time accountant since 2021, my accounting journey began much earlier through volunteer bookkeeping roles, internships, and practical experience. These opportunities allowed me to develop expertise in bookkeeping, financial reporting, budgeting, management accounting, and business finance before moving into full-time professional practice. Today, I work with organizations across Europe, helping them improve financial reporting, strengthen accounting processes, and make informed financial decisions. My experience has reinforced my belief that continuous professional development is essential for long-term career success.
